Pt3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the pt3 platform. By registering for or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and pt3 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pt3 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge and agree to comply with all Terms set out in this document.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the pt3 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.
The pt3 platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such services is permitted. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
To access pt3's full range of services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided — including your full name, email address, and banking information — are valid and updated whenever changes occur. pt3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to contain false or unverifiable information.
Account security & password
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. pt3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access took place and that you reported it to us promptly.
User responsibilities
- Not sharing your account with any other party.
- Not using bots, automation software, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform.
- Not attempting to manipulate game outcomes through unauthorised means.
- Not opening more than one account per individual — only one account is permitted per user.
- Comply with all platform rules and applicable Malaysian laws.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
Currency & payment methods
All transactions on the pt3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local Malaysian debit cards. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your own name — the use of third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals & Verification
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. pt3 reserves the right to request supporting documents for compliance purposes before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and internal verification requirements. Any discrepancy between the account holder's name and the registered information may result in delays or rejection of the transaction.
Non-Reversible Transactions
Funds used for betting are non-refundable. Once a bet is confirmed and the round or event has concluded, the outcome is final. In the event of a technical error affecting a transaction, pt3 will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Pt3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Fraud, identity impersonation, or misrepresentation of account information.
- Users found to have committed payment fraud or promotional abuse.
- Suspicious activity potentially involving money laundering.
- Voluntary account closure requested by the user.
If an account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users whose accounts have been terminated are not permitted to register a new account without written authorisation from pt3.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the platform's support channels. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of liability
The pt3 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. pt3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or game outcomes. You acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and that you are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make.
Intellectual property
All content on the pt3 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, images, and software code — is the property of pt3 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pt3.
Third-party links & services
The pt3 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment systems. pt3 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
